Introduction

WatchFitPro "is an application provided by Shenzhen Matuoo Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as" us "or" Matuoo ") to provide you with exercise guidance and health services. Mato attaches great importance to your personal information and privacy protection. We will provide corresponding security measures for your personal information in accordance with legal requirements and mature industry security standards.

In order to provide better sports and health services, it is necessary to collect your network information (operator information), location information (precise location information, exercise trajectory, etc.), Bluetooth information (turning on or off Bluetooth, connecting nearby devices), obtaining body movement information, and data that you actively upload. This information can help calculate exercise data more accurately, and exercise health information is used to store and display for users.

After you exit the "WatchFitPro" application, this application will still access mobile sensors to obtain step counting data and connect to the network to complete data synchronization, message reception, device software updates, and log upload services.

Your WatchFitPro information contains sensitive personal information, and we will only upload it to the Mato server after you expressly agree in the application, and your above data will be stored in the territory of the People's Republic of China.

1. How we collect and use your personal information

1.1 WatchFitPro equipment management

In order to manage your WatchFitPro devices (including watch smart wearable devices, ecological devices, and third-party devices provided by Code Tuo), we need to collect your device identifier(Mac address、IMEI), device hardware information, device usage information, system basic information, and network information. The purpose of collecting such information is to establish Bluetooth connections, manage device configurations, complete software upgrades, display data sources, and track device activation status. This data will also be used to enhance the user experience.

In order to support the information linkage between the wearable device/earphone and the mobile phone, it is necessary to read the mobile phone calendar schedule and basic system information to the wearable device. We connect to the WatchFitPro device via Bluetooth to obtain the device's sports and health data, log information, location information, and device information. You can terminate the collection of such data by disconnecting or unbinding.

After connecting some WatchFitPro devices, in order to provide more accurate data monitoring, the gender, age, height, and weight you entered in the "WatchFitPro" application "My" > "Personal Information" will be synchronized to the device (such as a bracelet , watches, etc.).

Some wearable devices that support the call function need to display mobile phone contact information and call records, so that the wearable device can answer and make calls.

When connecting to a WatchFitPro device, "WatchFitPro" only provides a way to upgrade the device. The firmware version of the device is provided by the manufacturer, who is responsible for the version quality and upgrade results. Your device name, device identifier, and device usage information will also be uploaded to the server of Shenzhen Matuoo Technology Co., Ltd. for activation statistics and wearable device problem analysis. For more detailed explanation, please refer to the "Declaration on Code Extension User Agreement and Privacy".

After the pairing of the Matuoo wearable device is successful, the third-party application that interacts with the paired Matuoo wearable device through "WatchFitPro" can obtain the random identifier of your device (pairing is resettable and unique for each application), device name, Third-party applications can also send messages or notifications to your paired wearable device; according to your express authorization, these third-party applications can access the device's sensor data, sleep Status, type of exercise (walking, running), wearing status data, log information, location information, device information.

If your wearable device supports the weather forecast function, we will send your location information to the weather service provider to obtain the weather information in your area and display it on the wearable device. You can use this application device at any time Turn off the weather forecast function in the management to terminate the sharing.

If you use the positioning function, the AutoNavi map and positioning SDK we use require you to turn on the device location permission and collect the location information of the device (latitude and longitude, precise location, rough location) [through IP address, GNSS information, WiFi status, WiFi parameters, WiFi list, SSID, BSSID, base station information, signal strength information, Bluetooth information, sensor information (vector, acceleration, pressure, direction, geomagnetism), device signal strength information acquisition, External storage directory], device identification information (IMEI, IDFA, IDFV, Android ID, MEID, MAC address, OAID, IMSI, ICCID, hardware serial number), current application information (application name, application version number), device parameters, and system information (system attributes, device model, operating system, and carrier information).  

When you use our services, we may automatically collect your detailed usage of our services and save them as relevant web logs. For example: your login account, IP address, browser type, telecom operator, network environment, language used, date and time of visit, length of stay, refresh record.

1.2 WatchFitPro data management

1.2.1 Personal data management

In order to manage your personal data and improve the accuracy of sports data, we need to collect your personal data, including gender, date of birth, height, weight, and sports setting data. You can go to "My" > "Personal Information" to fill in or modify. If you do not provide such information, it will affect the accuracy of sports data calculation, but this will not affect your local use of personal data management functions.

1.2.2 Sports data management

In order to record, back up and manage your exercise data, we need to collect your location information, exercise track, exercise type, exercise duration, steps, distance, calories, climb, speed and other exercise data. Types of exercise include walking, running, climbing, etc. The purpose of collecting such information is to record and count your daily exercise data and trajectory, and provide you with rich exercise services.

The providers of the outdoor single exercise support track recording function in this service are:Autonavi Holdings Limited, Shenzhen Code Extension Technology Co., Ltd、Google Inc。Use of the service requires the collection and provision of your location information to the map service provider. Some maps also require you to provide your device identifier and network information, and the collection and processing of specific data is governed by the privacy policy of the third party, please refer to the privacy policy of the corresponding map service provider.

If you do not provide this type of information, you will not be able to provide cloud storage of exercise data. When you uninstall the application or change the phone, the exercise data will be lost, but this will not affect your local use of the exercise data recording function.

1.2.3 Health data management

In order to manage your health data and display your relevant data, we need to collect your sleep, heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, etc. Health data is personal sensitive information. The purpose of collecting such information is to measure, record, display and count health-related data, and provide you with rich health services.

If you do not provide such information, you will not be able to save your health data on the cloud side. When you uninstall or change your phone, your health data will be lost, but this will not affect your health when using "WatchFitPro" locally Data management functions.

1.3 User feedback

Users can submit any problems encountered in the process of using the App through the "feedback" function. We need to get ANDROID_ID to know the questioner and reply the answer content.

1.4 User experience improvement service

When there is a problem in the use of the app, you can give us feedback through the "Suggestions" interface, and you need to enter your problem description and contact information. In order to facilitate us to solve the problem as soon as possible, we also need to collect system usage information, device hardware information, device identifier and basic system information, read the information of the currently running application process, and upload logs and contact information only for communication and location problems, which will be automatically deleted after the data storage period is exceeded. If you do not provide such information, the developer may not be able to solve the problem you encounter, but this will not affect your use of other features of the Service.

2. Device permission call

Self start permission:This application has a self start function. To ensure that it can receive Bluetooth device motion data normally when it is turned off or running in the background, there will be a certain frequency of waking up this application through system broadcast, which is necessary to achieve the functions and services. This application must use the self start capability to ensure the stability of Bluetooth device information transmission, in order to respond to Android devices in a timely manner. When the system sends a broadcast, it will awaken the self start behavior of this application. This behavior is necessary for implementing Bluetooth functions and services.

Storage permission: When you use functions such as sharing, vibration step counting or login account, you can choose to open this permission to read or write application usage information, pictures, videos and steps intermediate data. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.

Camera permission: When you scan the QR code to connect to the device and apply to join the shared space, we need to apply for and obtain the permission from you in order to complete the photo shooting. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.

Location Permission: When you use functions such as generating trajectory pictures with a single movement, Bluetooth pairing, shared space and location-related searches, you can choose to enable this permission to determine your current location information. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.

Bluetooth usage permissions: Bluetooth permissions are used to obtain watch power, steps, heart rate permissions, etc.

Network permissions: Network permissions are used for dial installation, shared space data acquisition, App problem feedback, application error log collection, application version update detection, authorization activation, account login, etc.

Access device information status: is actually verifying user device information.

Contacts permission: When you use the wearable device to sync contacts to the watch, the watch will display the name of the caller when there is an incoming call. If you do not need such services, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.

Physical activity: When you use your mobile phone to exercise independently, you need to enable this permission to record the number of exercise steps normally, and the number of steps cannot be recorded after it is turned off.

3. Protection of minors

If you are a minor, your guardian needs to agree to your use of this application and agree to the terms of service of the relevant application. Parents and guardians should also take appropriate precautions to protect minors, including supervising their use of this app.

4. Manage your data

In order to make it easier for you to access, correct and delete your personal information during the use of the "WatchFitPro" application, and to ensure that you have the right to withdraw your right to use your personal information, we have provided you with corresponding Operation settings, you can refer to the following guidelines to operate.

4.1 Access to personal information

After installing and logging in to 'WatchFitPro', the personal information you save on the cloud will be automatically downloaded and synchronized to your phone's local location. In the "WatchFitPro" application, you can access your exercise and health data through data cards, including step count cards, sleep cards, heart rate cards, blood oxygen cards, blood pressure cards, exercise cards, and device pages. You can view your avatar, personal information (nickname, gender, date of birth, height, weight), and exercise settings data on the 'My' page.

4.2 Update personal information

You can modify and update your profile and personal information (nickname, gender, date of birth, height, weight) on the "My" page. The data automatically obtained from the code extension smart wearable device does not provide editing and updating functions.

5. Data storage location and period

The above information will be transmitted and saved to the server in Hong Kong, People's Republic of China.

We only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this statement, and delete or anonymize your personal information after the retention period below, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.

For your data security, your data will be bound to your account, and your WatchFitPro data will be transmitted encrypted and stored in the "WatchFitPro" cloud server.

The questionnaire information obtained in the survey business and the device information obtained in the upgrade service will be retained for six (6) months from the date of collection, or when you delete your account, your data will also be securely deleted at the same time .

The personal information obtained in the user experience improvement service for statistical analysis and product improvement will be retained for six (6) months from the date of collection.

The event data you participated in will be retained for six (6) months from the end of the event, and the relevant information data of your participation in the lucky draw will be retained for two (2) years.

6. How to contact us

If you have any questions or complaints about this privacy policy or personal information protection, we have established a dedicated department for personal information protection (or personal information protection specialist). You can contact them through the "Questions and Suggestions" page, and we will reply as soon as possible.

If you are dissatisfied with our response, especially when our personal information processing behavior has damaged your legitimate rights and interests, you can also file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction, or file a lawsuit with the relevant industry self-regulatory association or government. Complaints from management agencies and other external channels are used for resolution. You can also ask us for information on relevant complaint avenues that may apply.

7. Account cancellation

7.1 If you need to cancel your account, you must meet the following conditions at the same time:

(a) There has been no abnormal login in the account in the last month;

(b) The account is not involved in the complaint;

(c) There are no unused rights and interests in the account. If you still have unused rights and interests, the cancellation application will be deemed as your voluntary abandonment of corresponding rights and interests;

(d) You completely waive the right to retain and retrieve such data;

(e) The cancellation of the account does not involve any complaints, disputes, lawsuits, investigations by competent authorities, etc., and there is no realistic risk of the above-mentioned lawsuits being involved or being adjusted;

(f) The account does not have other obligations that should be fulfilled in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations but have not been fulfilled;

(g) Delete account-related data 7 days after the account is cancelled, and the account cannot be used for any operations during this period.

The account cancellation process is: log in to WatchFitPro APP-My-Settings-Account and Security-Account Cancellation; before you cancel your account, we will verify your account information. You know and understand that canceling your account is irreversible;

7.2 Consequences of account cancellation

You understand and agree that after completing the cancellation process of the account, there will be consequences including but not limited to the following:

(a). You will not be able to rely on this account for any authority operations;

(b). You will not be able to log in to the WatchFitPro APP account with this account again;

(c). After logout, we will clear your data, and you will not be able to retrieve all the information, data, etc. that you have stored and used under this account;

(d). Other consequences that may damage your rights or cause losses to you;
